I know some of you, especially in my BC bloggers circle, joined Sulit's collaboration with Nuffnang Giveaway. I would just like to draw your attention to a suspected fraud (I suspect this person as a fraud for copy-pasting some of my entrants), who seems to have just "copy pasted" some contest entries of my close friends' just to enter in his blog post! So that he can gain a LOT of entries, making it total 257+ I think. This is not fair. You see one of the criteria of judging is the number of entry comments!

My personal Hollywood favorite, Jennifer Aniston is all fired up in today's 2013 Oscars, with her signature no-makeup make up, and something new for a change: A strapless Valentino gown in hot red. Beautiful. Gorgeous. Hot. She's blooming than ever, noh?

We rarely see this beautiful lass wearing a long gown as she usually dons short dresses and that's what makes this news-worthy. I totally like the way she wore it, with very minimal jewelry and a clutch. Wouldn't you feel beautiful too if you walk the red carpet with your love? Hello love month! How was your week so far? See I just have moved to a new house two weeks ago but I haven't finished organizing everything yet and I let it sometimes frustrate me, but no, I didn't let it frustrate much of my morning today. Even though I lacked the time to put on some nice, polished mukups on, I still managed to pucker up some color on my face with the help of Models Own It lippy in Coral Pink which I bought from an online seller. Thanks to yoga, I am able to maintain my body without working out in a gym. I tried enrolling a few times for a gym membership in the past, but since they're a bit costly and I'm always so busy I hardly have extra time, I finally stopped and just resorted to exercising at home, particularly, yoga.

I already have yoga background so I basically know the "drill" or the basics of poses, since my aunt taught yoga lessons in my elementary years. Because of that, it's been very easy to me to do it at home, thanks to my friend who copied me a yoga dvd. And what I can say now that I'm doing it for more than six months, I noticed that my belly area is firmer even though I only do it once or twice a week. Now that is something to blog about! :)

And at this point, I can say that I'm already an intermediate yogini. Good job to me haha! So I would like to share with you a very special pose, the plank pose. See picture from yogajournal.com:
